The information you supply will be used to provide you with online registration capability for Internet-based services, and to provide those services. Please be aware that this service is voluntary, but that requested information is required to provide the service.

We do not disclose your personal information to anyone, except in accordance with the Privacy Act. Authorized disclosures including limited circumstances such as the following:
(a) in a legal proceeding in which Jim Barber or The Barber Shop is a party or has an interest, or pursuant to a court order;
(b) to the Internal Revenue Service during an official audit of our finances;
(c) to a government law enforcement agency pursuant to a warrant.

Enough lawyer-talk. Here's the bottom line. I value my privacy, and so I respect yours. I will not sell, give, or otherwise disclose the information that you entrust with me.

Furthermore, since I use an independent credit card processing service, I do not ever see your credit card information; so I can safely guarantee the security of your private information, because I don't have it.

I only have information about you which is probably already readily available, such as your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. But I will not give out even that information to anyone unless I am forced to do so by an official law enforcement agency.

In short, I value your confidence in me. Your private information will remain just that — private.
